SeedStream Predictions League - British Grand Prix Special - Terms and Conditions

 

1. ELIGIBILITY

 

The SeedStream Predictions League - British Grand Prix Special is open to players who are 16 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants must have a valid email address and account to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

 

2. HOW TO ENTER

 

To participate in the SeedStream Predictions League - British Grand Prix Special, during the game period, open our app and navigate to the 'predictions' tab. Follow the instructions to complete and submit your prediction for the top five finishing drivers (in order) for the British Grand Prix. All entries must be received before the start of the Grand Prix. Changes can be made as many times as you want up until the race start time. This game is free to play.

 

3. ENTRY LIMITATIONS

 

One entry per person for this Grand Prix. Subsequent entries will be disqualified.

 

4. PRIZE

 

The Prize for this special game is a download code for the F1 23 game compatible with Xbox/PS4/PC. If multiple players correctly predict the top five finishing drivers in the correct order for the British Grand Prix, all eligible winners will be entered into a random drawing. Only one winner will be selected from this group. If no player accurately predicts all top five drivers, then players who predict four, three, etc., will be considered in descending order until a winner is found. The winner will be contacted and asked to choose their preferred platform for the download code. This choice cannot be changed once submitted.

 

5. PRIZE CONDITIONS

 

Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted.

 

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

 

Winner(s) will be selected by a random drawing from eligible entries following the final classification issued by the FIA for the British Grand Prix. Winner(s) will be notified via the email address provided during the account creation process. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within five days from the time the first contact attempt was made, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the game or receive the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

 

7. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

 

By participating in the SeedStream Predictions League, you agree to release and hold harmless us, our parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the game, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the game or receipt or use of the prize, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the game, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the game; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d) any other errors or problems in connection with the game, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the game, the announcement of the winner, the cancellation or postponement of the game, if applicable, or in any game-related materials; or (e) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants participation in the game or acceptance, receipt or misuse of the prize.

 

8. DECISIONS AND NEGLIGENCE

 

All decisions regarding the operation of the game and the selection of winners are final and binding. We are not responsible for any negligence, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.

 

9. CONSENT

 

By entering the game, all players consent to being contacted via their sign-up email address in case they are selected as the winner.

 

10. FINAL RESULTS

 

The game's outcome is subject to change until the FIA issues a final classification. Any changes in results arising from, but not limited to, protests and/or appears after a final classification is issued will not impact the awarding of prizes.

 

 

11. ACCEPTANCE

 

Participation in the SeedStream Predictions League constitutes player’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.
