Resta on software fault affecting Russell more than Antonelli
Mercedes deputy technical director Simone Resta said the software fault Mercedes blamed for George Russell’s power deployment problems at Spa was present on both cars but affected Russell more than team-mate Andrea Kimi Antonelli. Resta said: "The software is the same for all the cars, it was there in every car, but it affected George more than Kimi. We also need to bear in mind that, when comparing their performance in the last few races, Kimi was on a fresher power unit, which is, of course, always a bit better than quite a used power unit."

Leclerc on Ferrari needing perfection to stay ahead in Hungary
Charles Leclerc said Ferrari will need to "do everything perfect" to stay ahead in Hungary after a strong Friday at the Hungaroring. Leclerc said: "It's going to be tight tomorrow as always. I don't expect us to have the gap that we've had today, so we'll have to do everything perfect. If the feeling is there, I'm sure we'll do a good job in Q3."
